GBC x HEMS 2025: GBC and Karabakh Pakistan Join Hands to Launch Pakistan Trade House in Baku!

A landmark MoU has been signed between Gujranwala Business Centre (GBC) and Karabakh Pakistan to establish the Pakistan Trade House in Baku, Azerbaijan. This initiative includes setting up an export display centre and a warehousing facility that will unlock vast trade opportunities for Pakistani SMEs across Central Asia.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Ahmad Ikram Lone, Chairman of GBC, and Mr. Babak Husenyli, Chairman of Karabakh Pakistan. The Pakistan Trade House will provide direct market access to eight strategic countries: Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, and Iran. This will empower Pakistani SMEs to expand internationally, strengthen export outreach, and grow into new regional markets.
With projected trade volumes expected to exceed USD 200 million, the facility is set to become a major regional trade hub.
A feasibility study is currently in progress, and the project will soon be launched, with Gujranwala taking the lead in enhancing multilateral trade connectivity for Pakistan’s industrial and SME sectors.
