Gujranwala Business Centre (GBC), in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Pakistan Business Forum (SPBF), has successfully facilitated the implantation of 35 corneas from Sri Lanka to Gujranwala, marking another milestone in our commitment to humanitarian initiatives.
Under the dynamic leadership of H.E. Yasin Joyia, Honorary Consul General of Sri Lanka, over 2,000 corneal implants have been successfully executed across Pakistan, restoring the gift of sight to those in need. The GBC and SPBF teams, led by Mr. Joyia, visited GMC Teaching Hospital Gujranwala to meet with the latest five patients who received corneal transplants. This initiative stands as a testament to the power of cross-border collaboration in transforming lives.
