The GBC team had the privilege of meeting Mr. Kornelio Kon Ngo, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of South Sudan, in Islamabad. Mr. Ngo, accompanied by a high-profile delegation, was joined by Mr. Shahid Sajjad, Honorary Consul of Pakistan in South Sudan, for this significant meeting.
Chairman GBC, Mr. Ahmad Ikram Lone, provided an insightful briefing on the Pakistan Products House (PPH), GBC’s first international export display center in South Sudan. This landmark initiative showcases products from 20 key industrial sectors of Gujranwala, representing the region’s immense industrial potential on a global scale.
Mr. Shahid Sajjad, whose pivotal efforts have been instrumental in promoting Pakistani industries internationally, was acknowledged for his invaluable contributions to the success of PPH. The Deputy Speaker commended GBC’s vision and efforts in enhancing trade ties and assured his full support in ensuring the success of PPH in South Sudan.
