We had the honour of hosting Professor Dr. Pieter van Essen, Dean of the School of International Business and Languages at Windesheim University, Netherlands, along with esteemed faculty members from GIFT University.
During his visit, Dr. Pieter emphasised the importance of industry-academia collaboration for fostering economic development. Chairman-BoD Mr. Ahmad Ikram Lone shared insights into the various industry-academia engagement programs, including Meet The CEO, GBC Talks, Mavericks, Centre of Entrepreneurship, etc., initiated by GBC in collaboration with GIFT University. Dr. Pieter appreciated these efforts and assured his support for this impactful cause.
